Training and development
Training and development are a major aim of Lucchini RS for the ongoing process of education and enrichement of its human resources.
This system of growth and development as three levels:
Managerial development
Characterized by classroom instructions, this training is administered by highly qualified outside theachers. The courses are operational in nature such as discussions of in house problems, analysis of direct experience of the participants. Course topics are leadership, administration of human resources, communication, negotiation, economic and financial planning, and others.
Employee development
This type of training is design to improve employees’ particular skill set and facilitate their career development.
Training/Stage
Characterized by one year on the job training, this development allows the subject to work on various projects in different company departments. In this phase the company tutor is the main player who assumes the responsibility for the formation of the trainee.
